Patient Service Representitive (PSR) - Full Time Job Posting: 

Pay: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience)
Location: Vancouver, WA and/or Battle Ground, WA (in-person)

Rose Urgent Care and Family Practice is a fast-paced clinic providing Family Practice, Pediatric, and Urgent Care services. Our team is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Patient Service Representative (PSR) to serve as the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday–Friday
  • Occasional Saturday coverage required

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in patients while ensuring a welcoming and professional front desk experience
  • Accurately enter and update patient demographics, insurance, and consent forms in the system
  • Verify insurance eligibility and collect copays/payments securely
  • Schedule, reschedule, and manage patient appointments, including documentation of no-shows
  • Review upcoming schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness of patient information
  • Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing patient questions and coordinating with clinical staff
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
  • Support smooth daily clinic operations through effective communication and organization

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency with EHR systems (experience with Athena Health EMR is a plus)
  • Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and uphold high standards of conduct
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in a medical office, urgent care, or fast-paced customer service setting
  • Familiarity with insurance verification and scheduling processes

We are seeking a professional and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our growing team. This role is essential in supporting both clinical operations and patient care in a dynamic outpatient setting.

Schedule

  • Full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Typical shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday rotation required

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform patient intake, including vital signs and medical history documentation in EMR
  • Assist providers with exams and in-office procedures
  • Administer vaccines and injectable medications
  • Perform phlebotomy and support point-of-care testing
  • Communicate provider instructions and follow-up care to patients
  • Manage patient messages, task boxes, and pharmacy communications
  • Maintain clean, stocked, and organized exam rooms
  • Sterilize instruments and ensure proper infection control procedures
  • Monitor quality control logs (e.g., refrigerator temps, medication expiration dates)
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and CDC standards

Qualifications

  • Strong multitasking and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems (experience with Athena Health EMR is a plus)
  • Solid understanding of medical terminology and clinical procedures
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and uphold high standards of conduct

Requirements

  • Current Washington State MA-C Certification (or Interim Certification with requirement to pass AAMA or NCCT exam within one year)
  • Current BLS/CPR certification

Preferred Experience

  • 1+ year in a medical office setting (Urgent Care or Primary Care)
  • Experience with phlebotomy and injections
  • Familiarity with ICD-10 and CPT coding

Nurse Practitioner /Physician Assistant - Full Time Job Posting:

Pay: $65.00 – $85.00 per hour (based on experience)
Location: Vancouver, WA and/or Battle Ground, WA (in-person)

Rose Medical Groups is a growing, community-focused practice offering a blend of Urgent Care and Family Medicine services. Our team includes MDs, DOs, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and strong clinical support staff, including a nurse case manager.

We provide outpatient-only care in a collaborative, well-supported environment—without the pressures of large healthcare systems. No call. No OB. Just high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient care across urgent care and primary care settings
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across the lifespan (pediatric to geriatric)
  • Develop and manage treatment care plans with an emphasis on continuity of care
  • Capable of handling routine office procedures, including, but not limited to, PAP smears, skin biopsies, and minor laceration management.
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality outcomes
  • Utilize EMR system to document visits and manage patient care efficiently
  • Participate in maintaining clinical quality standards and patient satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Primary Care and/or Urgent Care preferred
  • Strong clinical decision-making and time management skills
  • Experience with EMR/EHR systems (Athena experience preferred)
  • Ability to see 2-3 patients per hour
  • Eligible for participation in Medicare and Medicaid programs

Requirements

  • Active or eligible Washington State NP or PA license
  • Current DEA registration (unrestricted)
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Ability to obtain and maintain malpractice insurance
  • COVID-19 vaccination (if required per current regulations)

Preferred Experience

  • 2+ years in Urgent Care
  • 2+ years in Primary Care
