I am thoroughly unimpressed with both the call center staff and especially ARNP Chris Lifang Naill. Chirs was incredibly dismissive with my wife and my concerns, threw (6) days of antibiotics at her and then told us if that doesn't work then just wait it out. The anitbiotics did start to work but they did not put any refills which is crazy since eye infections last more than (6) days. So now she is out of meds, and we are worried the infection will get worse due to the gap in refills. We called the office early in the day and we're told the doctor was in and would review. When we called back we were then told the doctor isnt actually in and she would get to it when she returns to the office. When I asked if there was anyone else who could sign off on a refill we were told that they would put a message out but if we wanted to get this refilled with ANY expediency we would need to come back in for a reevaluation. We had to travel for about an hour to get there in the first place, and I told them this and I was told "sorry there just isnt much else I can do" with absolutely no sense of compassion. Id recommend going elsewhere or at the very least not seeing this ARNP.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Care, Compassion, and Professionalism
After experiencing a traumatic physical assault, I had the privilege of being treated by Roger Cutino, ARNP, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the care I received.
From the moment I arrived, Roger demonstrated an extraordinary level of professionalism, compassion, patience, and genuine concern for my well-being. He took the time to thoroughly explain every examination, procedure, and step of my treatment, ensuring that I understood exactly what was happening and why. I never felt rushed, dismissed, or uncomfortable.
What impressed me most was his ability to make me feel safe, secure, and genuinely cared for during an incredibly vulnerable and frightening time in my life. His thoughtful approach, attention to detail, and reassuring demeanor made an experience I was dreading so much easier to navigate.
There is a tremendous difference between a medical professional who simply treats a patient and one who truly cares for the person behind the injury. Roger is absolutely the latter.
I left feeling heard, respected, reassured, and confident in the care I received. I can say without hesitation that I would trust Roger Cutino with my life.
Thank you, Roger, for reminding me what exceptional healthcare should look and feel like. You have my deepest gratitude, respect, and highest recommendation!

Brenda took her time with me. She didn’t leave in 10 or 15 minutes or 5 like some other doctors, she was in my room taking notes for 45 minutes! Granted this as our first meeting, but my husband had a different doctor and juhe only was there for 10. Not that we are keeping track, but I was impressed.

I've received excellent care from this physician and all staff every time. Best MD ever. Practical and focused on making the best use of my time and resources. They take great care of a close family member as well. Top notch communication.
