had a concern over the weekend, sent an email to Mr. Cutino with about my concern and received immediate response. told to walk in on the following Monday and was seen open arrival with little to no wait. Went through some test and resolved the issue and concerns with the utmost efficiency and professionalism. outstanding

I am new to Rose Urgent Care and Family Care so I wasn’t suppose to see my doctor Brenda Roberts and I wasn’t supposed to do my new patient appointment until May 1 and I have an issue that I needed to be same as soon as possible. So I made an appointment with urgent care and as I was on my to there battle ground office they told dr Robert’s that there was somebody coming that is going to be her patient needed to be seen as soon as possible and when I got there I found out she was squeezing me in and I we figured out a plan and they were so nice and caring. I am very glad I choose this office and dr Robert’s. I am very satisfied

Everyone there were very professional and made me feel very comfortable during my appointment, but I wasn’t completely satisfied with my visit, I was supposed to have some blood drawn but after two failed attempts I was told to come back sone other time to try again, that means another day more driving and more gas, not real happy about that but I do understand sometimes it happens, i really don’t think it was anyone’s fault and I know it wasn’t intentional, I’m just looking at it as more time and gas to do it all over again.. other than that I guess everything else was fine

Roger is so qualified and reputable. It's too bad this country of United States won't recognize the qualifications that he's already gone to school for. If they recognized what he really has already been educated for he would be up at PeaceHealth as a surgeon or some other facility.
