I have had chronic pain for as long as I can remember. It's gotten to a point where I can barely function. Dr. Chau has made it a priority to address all of my health issues and my pain.

He was perfectly lovely. However, I don't feel I was heard. I had an attack and he treated it perfectly but didn't give me any meds to prevent it from happening again. Still waiting....

Over the last 5-6 years Roger above all is my physician and I understand that relationship. With that said I also consider him a friend. We know about each other’s family and wives, children and life events. I say that because it makes my visits more enjoyable and excepting. All the staff does well. I don’t feel like a number to Rose but family and that’s hard to find these days. Most places you feel like cattle just moving through. Here Roger makes me feel like family and I appreciate him. He listens to my concerns and is always willing to do what he can within reason to make my issues felt listened to and acknowledged. Thank you.
